You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited promotional messages (spam), harass individuals, or transmit malicious code. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to assist with customer service; you acknowledge that automated responses may occasionally contain errors.
All content, features, and functionality on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and underlying CRM architecture—are the exclusive property of Digital Unison or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Our Service integrates with the Meta Graph API, including WhatsApp Cloud API and Instagram Messaging API. Your use of these messaging channels is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policies. We are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by Meta API outages or policy enforcement actions taken by Meta.
In no event shall Digital Unison, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
